Styling x Revamp Service

PLEASE READ!

-Please put your wig and your name on the bag when sending your wig so we know who owns what

-This service is for one wig. If you have multiple wigs, you choose the service you want for each wig  

-Please send your wig to the pickup location shown on the website

-All revamp or styling orders that don’t come in a wig bag or protective bag are returned with a LUX BAG❤️

-If you are sending your wig from out of Ottawa, you must choose a shipping option at checkout if not your order will be cancelled and I will not be responsible for your wig

-Please send an email or message the chat box scheduling a time for you to drop off your order if you are in Ottawa area and will be choosing the “Local Pickup” option

-As of now, I cannot do anything about a balding frontal or closure so keep that in mind when sending your wigs

-You can send a picture of your unit on our IG (@odglam) to be sure you can get the best service for your wig
